The Contemporary Bathroom is a great place to relax, shower, bathe or get ready for a big night out. This set includes a huge bathroom which was modeled using “real life” references and utilizes realistic modern textures such as Italian marble etc.

This beautiful bathroom includes double shower, double sink, soaking tub, double medicine cabinets, shower door that also opens to outdoor patio space, a drying area with towel warmer / dryer, a commode room with commode, linen closet and privacy door. There is an exterior door on the tub side which leads to a small garden area.

The set includes a FULL Scene Subset – which allows for all props to be moved around, deleted or materials to be changed separately. It includes 11 Camera Presets to get some great angles. The back wall is removable to assist in lighting the space. There are 2 fluorescent tube style lights on the sides of each medicine cabinet that can have an emmissive surface applied in both Iray and 3Delight.

Medicine cabinets open and close, Shower door opens and closes, exterior door opens and closes, privacy door opens and closes, skylight hatch above commode opens and closes, sink faucets turn on & off, tub faucet turns on & off.
