The Collective3d Create A Room Base set is the first in a series of highly customizable props you can use to easily build your own interior environments.

Have you ever needed to shoot a scene but lacked the specific environment you’re after? Maybe you’ve purchased pre-designed sets that don’t quite do what you want them to? With the Create A Room Base Set, you can place walls, windows, and props wherever you want them, and color each your own way, to achieve the exact environment you need for your perfect render!

The Base Set includes 1 floor prop with 5 color options (2 carpet, 2 tile, 1 wood), 1 ceiling prop with 2 color options (off-white paint and blue paint), 6 different walls that have 5 paint and wallpaper options and 5 trim levels each. The trim additionally has three different color options of its own (dark wood, white, and blue). Also included are 1 floor heat register, 1 power outlet, 1 wall switch, 2 glass ceiling light fixtures with ON/OFF options for the lightbulbs to cast light on your scene, and a bonus oil painting of Black Bear, The Best Worst Dog Who Ever Lived™!

Create A Room is simple to use. No more fooling around with trying to align the walls just right. Simply select the wall you want to use, and what position you want it in (Front, Back, Left, Right), and it goes there, lined up perfectly with the floor and ceiling and other walls in your scene. Then select your wall, click the color you want, the level of trim you want, and what color you want your trim to be. You can even multi-select walls and apply the paint and trim to all of them at once!

Create A Room is also expandable. Future sets will provide additional walls (such as walls with doors), shortened walls for making non-square rooms, decor items, fixtures, wall hangings, coffered ceilings, and more!

The floor and ceiling in Create A Room are 15 feet by 15 feet, and each wall is 10 feet high (with windows hung at 7 feet), but your side walls can be moved in manually to create narrower spaces.  The number of possible combinations is nearly infinite!
